Hi, we are Ben and Amy Benson, and we’re the owners of Plum Creek Wagyu. We’re passionate about bringing the delicacy of Wagyu beef from Japan to the pastures of our small Nebraska farm and to the tables of North American residents, like you.
We adhere to the core components of raising Wagyu beef, providing the animals with an environment that is as stress-free as possible.
We take a great deal of pride in the entire process and want our customers to feel as special as the exquisite Nebraska beef you are enjoying. You deserve to experience the best, and that’s what we are here to provide.
Our Promise
Stress-Free
We raise all natural Wagyu beef with absolutely no added hormones or steroids, and no unnecessary antibiotic usage. All of our animals are DNA-parentage verified by the American Wagyu Association, with the purpose of preserving the outstanding quality of beef that only 100% fullblood Wagyu can offer.
USDA Inspected
Food safety is paramount to Plum Creek Wagyu. Our beef is hand cut and packaged locally at the Wahoo Locker (Wahoo, NE) and McLean Beef (York, NE), both of which are federally inspected USDA facilities. All beef is immediately frozen and stored in a state of the art cold storage facility, until it is shipped with dry ice in Green Cell Foam to keep everything safely frozen in transit.

All orders placed with Plum Creek Wagyu are shipped directly from our facility in Seward, Nebraska, Monday through Thursday.
