Conveniently dressed

Plum creek, they clean and dress them into steaks. It definitely saves time in the kitchen, I just have to defrost the meat and it's good to go.
I like beef heart, it's one of the most economical cuts offered, it's very often overlooked.

Best prepared by putting a pan on high heat, 2 minutes on both sides. Or by putting it in with stew meat in a hearty beef stew. Compared with other cuts is higher in iron and coQ10, lower in fat.
