Made locally with beef grown on our farm near Crete, Nebraska, our jerky is produced in small batches (less than 100 lbs per batch) so it is not only fresh, but moist, tender and flavorful.

Tender Jerky

If you like flavorful tender jerky… you must give this a try! Some of the best jerky I have ever had! I have tried all the flavors and I can’t pick just one! Plus it’s all local from a family ran operation!

By far the best I've ever had

I have had lots of jerky in my day and when we bought our cattle we got some jerky and I wanted to take a package home and I did manage to get a package home so our daughter and her family could try it but I think I ate three packages after we got our cows it was that great! We have the brown sugar variety.
