Wagyu Beef Tallow is an incredibly adept cooking fat, with a high smoke point and packed with heart-healthy oleic acid, which gives it anti-inflammatory properties. In Japan, they have studied Wagyu fat's ability to lower bad cholesterols in the body while protecting good cholesterols.

Beef tallow in general can promote radiant skin and boost fat-burning, and it helps the body absorb more vitamin A, D, E and K, to boost the immune system. In short: you should be using more beef tallow!

My wife render's the tallow and we get about 2 quarts of clear white Tallow from the 5lbs. The rendering process is easy and provides some of the best cooking tallow. There is no smell and we use it to cook just about everything. This is our second order and the price quality and quantity is superior. The shipping is excellent. Plum Creek Wagyu has not disappoint. Also the burgers are of quality to enjoy. Plum Creek can expect future orders from us. Keep up the good work.

This is my first time buy suet to render down into tallow. This stuff right here is the BOMB. Very few extra unwanted "bits". The tallow that came from this suet was extremely clean and only need to be filtered 1 time.
I used a induction cook plate for my heat source since it will keep the temperature at a constant 200 degrees. The risk of burning or scorching the trimmings is very low. 3 pounds of suet cooked at 200 degrees for 4 hours rendered 32 ounces of tallow. I am very impressed. Thanks Ashley !!
