My wife render's the tallow and we get about 2 quarts of clear white Tallow from the 5lbs. The rendering process is easy and provides some of the best cooking tallow. There is no smell and we use it to cook just about everything. This is our second order and the price quality and quantity is superior. The shipping is excellent. Plum Creek Wagyu has not disappoint.
