Wagyu Carne Asada Street Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 lb. Plum Creek Wagyu Carne Asada
- 1 onion, diced (1/2 for cooking, 1/2 for topping)
- 4 fresh limes (2 for marinade, 2 for topping)
- 1 bundle of cilantro (1/2 for marinade, 1/2 for topping)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 stick butter
- 16 mini corn tortillas
Directions:

Thinly slice the Carne Asada, then chop into bite-size pieces.
- Place in gallon-sized plastic bag.
- Squeeze two limes over the Carne Asada and season with 1 tsp paprika and half of the chopped cilantro. Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

In a skillet, brown the steak in the oil.

Add half the onions to the skillet and cook until soft.

Season with salt and pepper.

Continue cooking until the meat is cooked through.

While the Carne Asada is cooking, melt the butter in another skillet.

Fry the mini corn tortillas in the melted butter for 1 minute or until soft.

Allow them to cool slightly.
