Plum Creek Wagyu offers our finest Fullblood Wagyu Beef by the whole, 1/2, 1/4, or 1/8 of beef—the most economical way by far to purchase beef of this quality.
Our herd consists of elite Japanese Black Wagyu genetics from foundation sires and are raised on our farm in Crete, Nebraska. Purchasing this package will get you beef from our next harvest, typically within 1 - 2 months.


Purchasing Process—Wagyu by the 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, or whole is priced at $16 per lb. for Fullblood Wagyu, $13.5/lb. for American Wagyu, and DOES include processing. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Whole Steer 
When you buy a whole steer, you receive all portions—front and rear—of the animal. The total weight for a whole steer is 400 lbs. For Fullblood Wagyu, the price is $16 per pound, resulting in a total of $6,400. For American Wagyu, it's priced at $13.5 per pound, totaling $5,400. 

Half Side of Beef
When you purchase a half side of Wagyu beef, you receive an equal share from both the front and rear portions of the steer. This weighs 200 lbs. If you choose Fullblood Wagyu, the cost is $16 per pound, totaling $3,200. For American Wagyu, the cost is $13.50 per pound, totaling $2,700.

Quarter Side of Beef
A quarter side provides a balanced mix of meat from both the front and rear portions, weighing 100 lbs. For Fullblood Wagyu, this is priced at $16 per pound, leading to a total of $1,600. For American Wagyu, the price is $13.5 per pound, totaling $1,350.

Eighth Side of Beef

An eighth side provides a balanced mix of meat from both the front and rear portions, weighing 50 lbs. For Fullblood Wagyu, this is priced at $16 per pound, leading to a total of $800. For American Wagyu, the price is $13.5 per pound, totaling $675.



USDA Inspected Processor—Plum Creek Wagyu beef is butchered and processed at the McLean Beef, where it is USDA inspected and cut into whole, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8.  Once the steer has been delivered to the McLean Beef, you will be contacted by these good folks to get a time set to pick up your beef, or to get shipping instructions.

Please be aware that the PURCHASER of a whole, 1/2, 1/4, or 1/8 side of beef is responsible for coordination of shipping of your whole, 1/2, 1/4, or 1/8 side of beef. McLean Locker provides heavy-duty cardboard packaging for shipments.

If you are unable to arrange shipping, you will be required to pickup your beef from McLean Beef at 3208 S Lincoln Ave, York, NE 68467

All payments with Plum Creek Wagyu MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE your meat will be released for pickup.
