Brisket - Wagyu Beef

I stopped by the farm (which is lovely!) and Adam helped me choose some cuts as a birthday present for my husband. We enjoyed the tri-tip on the smoker this week and it was wonderful! Full of flavor and so tender...cant wait to try the rest and we are already planning for our next purchase!

Plum Creek Wagyu is way above par!! The meat was the best I've ever had, the price was very fair and Adam is great. One of the most impressive things was seeing their clean and organized facility and the very happy animals. The cattle just run right over to you and want pets or treats. Very cool to see such a well run organization!! Well done!

Juicy real stuff

While I stopped in and purchased several different items I have not cooked them yet. This weekend I will be smoking the brisket. My experience at PCW was informative and great! I recommend them highly!

As a chef I sample/dine/eat a lot of wagyu. But as a regular consumer to be able to order at a reasonable price, some of the best tasting, clean wagyu is awesome. They are my go to for all wagyu needs.
