First purchase

While I stopped in and purchased several different items I have not cooked them yet. This weekend I will be smoking the brisket. My experience at PCW was informative and great! I recommend them highly!

Top Tier on so many levels.

As a chef I sample/dine/eat a lot of wagyu. But as a regular consumer to be able to order at a reasonable price, some of the best tasting, clean wagyu is awesome. They are my go to for all wagyu needs.

This is an amazing product…. It is not a whole packer brisket, however - just reach out to Plum Creek and they can supply this as well. Their customer service and quality are second to none!!

It had good flavor. More exterior fat than meat. Intramuscular fat was Wagyu quality. So net edible weight was probably half of shipped weight. For $55 plus 30 for shipping, I won’t be buying again.
