Summer Sausage - Wagyu Beef

We gave both the Cheddar and Original Summer Sausage along with some 1/2 lb Wagyu Burger Patties to two different couples in Texas that we were visiting and they were absolutely FLOORED by it! We thawed and enjoyed the summer sausage right there with them with some good cheese and wine, and used the burgers while grilling out the next day. Thanks PCW for making us look good and for the delicious 100% Wagyu!

I have a thing for summer sausage and I'm telling you Plum Creek is by far the BEST.

Excellent a little over priced with shipping charges

Many of the "classic" brands are either greasy, kind of tough, or just don't have the flavor that "old school" summer sausage does/did. This one has good flavor and you can taste the difference of using high quality meat. The cheddar bites take it to an entirely different level. I can’t wait to order more!

Who doesnt love summer sausage. Usually it gets put out first at parties to fill people up so that they dont eat as much of the prime cuts later on. Let me tell you one thing. This is the prime cut! Rich buttery flavor without that waxy grease taste most inferior sausage leaves in your mouth. Very smooth on the palate. This summer sausage should be your go to for every get together you have. Splurge on this sausage and go cheap on the wine!
