"Old School" Summer Sausage

Many of the "classic" brands are either greasy, kind of tough, or just don't have the flavor that "old school" summer sausage does/did. This one has good flavor and you can taste the difference of using high quality meat. The cheddar bites take it to an entirely different level. I can’t wait to order more!

Crazy Good!

Who doesnt love summer sausage. Usually it gets put out first at parties to fill people up so that they dont eat as much of the prime cuts later on. Let me tell you one thing. This is the prime cut! Rich buttery flavor without that waxy grease taste most inferior sausage leaves in your mouth. Very smooth on the palate. This summer sausage should be your go to for every get together you have. Splurge on this sausage and go cheap on the wine!

Seriously the best Summer Sausage I've ever had.

The cheddar Summer Sausage from Plum Creek Wagyu has a smooth texture and is flavorful and delicious. I seriously don't think I have had Summer Sausage better than this... EVER.
