These products still embody the beautiful marbling and signature flavor of our 100% Fullblood Wagyu Beef, but are wacky sizes, shapes and samples due to how the meat was cut at the time of harvest. It's a great way to get high-quality Fullblood Wagyu beef at a reduced cost.
